This album is like the return of moving mirrors which was released 10 years ago. The spirals of life can be seen on both covers in their own unique ways. Since this one has just as much time put into it and style it makes for the perfect sequel. I have learned a lot since then and my lyrical style has also changed up quite a bit, I think you can hear more wisdom and heart from real life experience.

This project started a few years back when I first moved back to Vancity, BC. I just finished my schooling online for fire sprinklers and we decided to come back to Van from Victoria so I could get a better job and finish my apprenticeship. Once we moved here near commercial drive, I began to write and record again after a 3 year break. My early morning coffees and walks through the area gave me lots of ideas for the tracks and you can hear a lot about living here through out the album.

The main concept behind it is how we see and experience things over and over again in life with new perspectives like a spiral. Many times we find ourselves in the same areas we once lived or similar jobs we had from years back in order to teach us things we still needed to learn.
